COVID-19 message from Trilogic President:

I want to re-assure our customers that Trilogic is here to support you through these uncertain times. We has taken measures to protect our employees while still ensuring we can meet the ongoing and changing needs of our customers. We are setup to have all employees work from home and continue to support customer technical needs as well as process and deliver software remotely.

We anticipate that many of our customers will also be working from home. While many customers are set up for this, not all are. If you are a Trilogic customer and need a remote license for an existing product you have at work we can help you get a free 30 day “work at home” license. We are also offering free online training for software where available.

Additionally we have set up several online educational topics to help customers stay up to date. Please click here to find resources.

We are working to be proactive to your needs and I have asked our team to reach out to our customers and ask what else we can do to help you and your companies remain productive. But you do not need to wait for a call, please feel free to contact your Trilogic representative and let them know if there is anything we can do for you.
