Toyota Motor, uses T3ster to optimize the thermal characteristics of power modules for Hybrids and Electric Vehicles, improving reliability. Hisao Nishimori of Toyota said “ The application of this measurement in an endurance test has helped us to uncover weaknesses in the design affecting it’s lifetime. And we can reduce the prototyping costs by reducing the rework of our designs”

So Toyota, was able to improve reliability and avoid expensive proto builds for testing by using T3ster and active power cycling.
