PLM Solutions Account Manager Sales Position

 Location: Andover, MA

Position Summary: We are looking for an Sales Account Manager to Drive sales of Arena PLM and Silicon Expert solutions throughout North America.   The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional, with experience selling enterprise software solutions to small and mid sized companies.  Our Account Managers develop an understanding of the customer’s challenges and find opportunities for process, quality, productivity and profitability improvement.

Qualifications: Applicants should have either experience in sales or an engineering back ground or both.

Responsibilities:

  • Calls sales leads and cold calls prospective customers to develop relationships, understand customer requirements, and close transactional sales.
  • Enters all relevant data into Trilogic’s CRM system to track and document sales progress at customers and register sales opportunities with Vendors.
  • Maintains a forecast of projected sales
  • Develops and executes marketing programs in the territory to find and develop prospective customers.
  • Sets customer expectations for process improvement and system implementation
  • Supports customers by finding the right resource to solve problems and escalate issues as needed. Be the customers advocate with software Vendors and Management.

Required Skills:

PLM Application Engineer Job Description

 Location: Andover, MA

Position Summary: We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) with industry experience to provide both pre-sales and post-sales support of Arena Solutions/Omnify PLM, Siemens Teamcenter Rapidstart PDM, and Silicon Expert, and integrate those systems with customer enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM, and ECAD and MCAD systems such as Mentor Pads and Xpedition and Siemens Solidedge and NX.

The right candidate for this position has experience in using or deploying PDM/PLM Systems with a product with electronics content. Prior PLM FAE experience is a plus.  This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated person looking for a position within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in industry and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of the features and benefits of Arena/Omnify PLM and Silicon Expert Products
  • Support customers by resolving issues, working with different stakeholders at both the software vendor and customer.
  • Use database tools to diagnose research and resolve technical issues
  • Installation and licensing of PLM Systems
  • Work closely with customers to set up best business practices, workflows, policies, rules, etc.
  • Integration of PLM with customer enterprise business systems and CAD Systems
  • Training customers on PLM
  • Develop reports, interfaces, validation scripts, etc.
  • Travel is required

Required Skills:
